A three-floor edifice covering an area of 458 square meters, the center is an ingenious combination between age-old and contemporary architectural features. The center was build on the preservation project of the oldest theater in Hanoi ( Khan Nhan Dai theater - 1900s), in cooperation between Hanoi municipal government and the city of Toulouse ( France).

The theater venue for art performences locates at 3rd floor.
